Positive:
A lot of power for money. You can connect almost all speakers without a problem to run out of steam.

Negative:
Earlier generation of digital technology. You should always connect speakers befor power on.

Detailed description:

As said above- if you need cheap power or wanting to play loud without finnese-  it is a good choice.
